Homeowners Information:

McElwain Company Inc. manages both residential and commercial properties. Our expertise is in that we run a full service operation. Our clients are both local owners, owners residing in other states, and also owners in other countries. Beth Elstien is the Property Manager & Katrina Corella is the Assistant Property Manager. Statements are rendered monthly, and annual statements are complete and ready for submission to tax accountants. We work closely with service personnel.  Our charges are based on actual rents collected only; never have we added fees or percentages to items purchased or services provided by contractors. We professionally advertise properties and actively reduce vacancy rates at the same time balancing vacancy with maximum rental rates to maximize net rental income.
